Terms and Conditions

  1. The Photos are Sole Property of the Designers any duplication or copying the design is not allowed.
  2. Items once sold cannot exchanged or returned.
  3. Please contact us within 3 working days, if the garment needs alteration.
  4. In any case, the designer and the client agree upon exchange/return, only credit note can be given.
  5. We only provide refund when the garment is damaged/torn in which case we have to be informed within 24 hours of delivery.
  6. Delivery date is subject to change in case of any natural, manmade disasters in which case, we will inform the customer.
  7. We do not take any guarantee of colours, work, prints, metal thread and zari.
  8. Our responsibility ceases once the items are finally delivered.

  9. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

  10. Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  11. Care instruction: Dry clean only. Spot clean recommended.
